Elevating student-athletes for collegiate success

The transition from high school to collegiate athletics is one of the most exciting yet challenging moments in a young athlete’s life.

What Sets IAS Apart for Aspiring College Athletes?

At INFLEXION Athlete Services, we understand that the difference between thriving and just surviving during this pivotal time lies in preparation. That’s why we created a dynamic, four-week college prep program specifically designed to equip Student-Athletes with the tools, habits, and mindset needed to succeed on and off the field.

01

Build Life-Changing Habits

Research shows it takes time and repetition to establish lasting habits, and UPWARD is strategically structured to guide athletes through this process. Over four weeks, participants gain actionable strategies to manage their time, prioritize tasks, and remain focused on their goals supported by values.

02

Define Your Values

It’s not just about your ‘Why?’ In our opening session, athletes will begin to uncover the deeper purpose driving their passion for sports and academics. By defining their values, participants develop clarity and commitment that sustain them through college and beyond.

03

Gain Perspective

Our collective team of coaches, psychologists, and former collegiate athletes bring a variety of perspectives to help student-athletes prepare for what lies beyond signing day. Through engaging and interactive sessions, participants are empowered to approach challenges with confidence and resilience.
