An Early High School Program to Build Healthy Habits, Routines, and Relationships with Sport

Entering high school is an exciting and transformative time for young athletes.

It’s a period where students not only begin to discover their athletic potential but also navigate new challenges in academics, social life, and the pressures of competition. At Inflexion Athlete Services, we believe that building a strong foundation in these early years is critical to success both on and off the field. That’s why we created this four-week foundational program designed specifically for 14- to 16-year-old student-athletes.

Building Your Foundation

Our Early High School courses are for High School Student-Athletes that aims to establish a healthy relationship with sport while learning essential habits and routines to balance their academic, athletic, and personal lives. Developed by our team of psychologists, coaches, and former collegiate athletes, this program ensures that participants gain the skills they need to thrive in high school and beyond.

What Participants Will Learn

A Healthy Relationship with Sport:

  • Understand the value of sport as a tool for growth, not just competition.
  • Manage the pressure to succeed in a way that promotes mental and emotional well-being.

Foundational Habits and Routines:

  • Develop time management skills to balance academics and athletics.
  • Learn the importance of sleep hygiene, nutrition, and recovery at an age appropriate level.

Teamwork and Leadership:

  • Build meaningful connections with teammates.
  • Discover how to lead by example and foster a positive team environment.

  • Manage setbacks and failures with resilience.
  • Stay focused in the face of distractions, including social media and technology.

Six instructional sessions featuring breakout rooms, peer interaction + weekly actionable strategies to implement.
College Prep – Group

Equips Student-Athletes for college with the habits, tools and resources needed to thrive.

Early High School – Group

Prepares early high school Student-Athletes to build the habits, and understand the commitment to excel.

Team Leadership – Group (HS)

Develops confident and effective team leaders through communication, discipline and decision-making.

Collegiate – Individual

Guides college athletes in building structure, accountability, and habits for success.

High School – Individual

Individualized and curriculum based Mentorship that guides Student-Athletes to peak performance in the classroom and in competition.
