Why We Started This?

The original concepts and ideas for INFLEXION came from years of working with Student-Athletes in a variety of capacities.

Through years of firsthand experience, we’ve had a front-row seat to the growing pressures and complexity that today’s young athletes face. From managing time and academic responsibilities to adapting socially and emotionally, the early college years are filled with pivotal moments that can shape an athlete’s long-term success.

That’s why IAS offers more than a simple transition program. We provide thoughtfully designed support systems that help student-athletes build sustainable routines, strengthen self-leadership, and create personal structure — right from the start. IAS College Prep Mentorship

Curriculum + connection based Mentorship that guides Student-Athletes to peak performance in the classroom and in competition. Designed for HS Sophomores – Seniors.

IAS Early High School Mentorship

Prepares entering and early high school Student-Athletes to build the habits, and understand the commitment to excel in high school. Designed for 8th Grade – HS Sophomores.

IAS Team Leadership – Group (HS)

Develops confident and effective team leaders through communication, discipline and decision-making.
