Research shows it takes time and repetition to establish lasting habits, and UPWARD is strategically structured to guide athletes through this process. Over four weeks, participants gain actionable strategies to manage their time, prioritize tasks, and remain focused on their goals supported by values.

It’s not just about your ‘Why?’ In our opening session, athletes will begin to uncover the deeper purpose driving their passion for sports and academics. By defining their values, participants develop clarity and commitment that sustain them through college and beyond.
